We love fur babies, so we welcome them all!DEPOSIT & FEES:
$350 deposit per cat or dog
(additional $150 deposit for puppies and
kittens)
PET RENT:
$45/month for pet. $80/month for two pets
(2 max allowed)
PET OVERVIEW: Dogs and cats are welcome in our community! All pet residents must have their health check and shots, and be spayed or neutered. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. Two (2) max pets allowed with a max weight of 60 lbs per animal.
